Witdrim Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Witdrim Account, Witdrim Auth, Witdrim Web, the shared Witdrim account and rewards infrastructure, and WDRIM Rewards operated by Witdrim OÜ.

Connected services such as Homineed and InstaReplAI may have their own service-specific terms, privacy notices, payment terms, cancellation policies, and support processes. Those service-specific terms apply to your use of that service. These Terms govern the shared Witdrim identity, account, security, and rewards layer.

A Witdrim Account is an ecosystem account. By creating one, you agree that the same account may be used to access current and future Witdrim ecosystem services, as described in the Ecosystem Services page and Privacy Policy.

Future services may be added to the ecosystem over time. If a future service introduces materially different terms, fees, data uses, or regulated functionality, Witdrim will provide updated notice and, where required, ask for a separate acceptance or consent before you use that service.

Witdrim is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. The services are not directed to children or minors.

You may not use Witdrim if you are located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a sanctioned or embargoed jurisdiction, or if your use would violate applicable law.

WDRIM Rewards are internal loyalty rewards used within the Witdrim ecosystem. They are not money, crypto-assets, securities, e-money, deposits, legal tender, investment products, or a promise of financial return.

WDRIM Rewards have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, withdrawn, claimed on-chain, redeemed for cryptocurrency, or exchanged outside the ecosystem unless Witdrim separately launches such functionality under additional terms.

Rewards may be pending, mature, adjusted, reversed, suspended, or forfeited according to the WDRIM Rewards Terms, including for refunds, returns, chargebacks, abuse, error, or fraud.

Witdrim may explore blockchain-based or crypto-asset features for WDRIM in the future. Any such feature would be subject to applicable laws, regulatory requirements, eligibility rules, jurisdiction restrictions, risk disclosures, identity or compliance checks where required, and separate terms that users may need to accept before using those features.

The current WDRIM Rewards program does not create any right or guarantee to receive crypto-assets, tokens, proceeds, exchange access, custody services, staking, yield, or market liquidity.

If Witdrim offers a paid membership, citizenship subscription, or other paid Witdrim service, the purchase screen will show the price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation path, and any refund rules before you purchase.

For EU consumers, mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal rights for distance contracts, remain available where required by law. Digital content or services may have different withdrawal rules when performance begins with your express consent.

Some Witdrim surfaces may allow you to submit project proposals, votes, reports, support requests, or other content. You are responsible for what you submit and must have the rights needed to submit it.

You grant Witdrim a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, moderate, and use your submissions as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the ecosystem.

You must not misuse Witdrim, the account system, WDRIM Rewards, connected services, APIs, or support channels. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is involved in fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, payment failure, rewards manipulation, or a material breach of these Terms.

You may request account deletion through the Data Rights Request page. Some records may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, tax, accounting, audit, or service continuity.

Witdrim is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific rewards availability, or that every future service will launch.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country, state, or place of residence.

Business users agree to the competent courts of Estonia, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Consumer users may have additional rights to bring claims in their local courts under mandatory law.
