WDRIM Rewards — FAQ
Questions, answered clearly.
Everything about how WDRIM Rewards work — from earning and maturing to redemption, Citizenship, and the quiet rules behind it all.
The basics
What WDRIM Rewards are and how they fit inside the ecosystem.
WDRIM Rewards are the internal rewards layer of the Witdrim ecosystem. They recognise real participation, mature over time, and redeem into vouchers, coupons, benefits, and donations across connected services.
No. WDRIM Rewards are internal loyalty rewards. They recognise participation and unlock benefits inside Witdrim, but they cannot be transferred between users, withdrawn, sold, or exchanged for cash.
A standard loyalty program lives inside a single product. WDRIM Rewards are a single layer across the whole ecosystem — earned in one place, recognised everywhere, redeemable into a wide range of artifacts.
WDRIM is the brand label of the rewards layer. When we refer to balances, maturation, or redemption, we say WDRIM Rewards so it stays clear that we are talking about internal loyalty rewards.
Earning & maturing
How rewards are earned and why some stay pending before they mature.
Through real ecosystem activity — using connected services like Homineed, taking part in campaigns and referrals, and contributing to projects and community moments. Eligible activity credits rewards automatically to your account.
New rewards enter a pending state while the underlying activity settles — for example, while a return window runs on a purchase. Pending rewards are visible in your account but do not yet count toward redemption or Citizenship.
Once the relevant waiting window closes, a pending reward matures. It becomes available in your active balance, ready to redeem, and counts toward the Citizenship threshold.
Your first matured reward is the first milestone on the way to Citizenship. It confirms you are not just passing through — the ecosystem now recognises you as an active participant.
Reward issuance follows the rules of each service and campaign. There is no user-facing scarcity narrative — rewards exist to recognise activity, not to be accumulated for their own sake.
Redemption & benefits
How matured rewards become vouchers, coupons, and other artifacts.
Into Homineed vouchers, coupons and offers across connected services, premium benefits reserved for members with active rewards history, and direct donations into curated causes.
No. Matured rewards are redeemed into artifacts — a voucher, a coupon, a benefit — which are then used inside the relevant service. This keeps the rewards layer clean and the benefits tangible.
No. You choose an available redemption option, and only the amount required for that voucher, coupon, or benefit is used. The rest stays in your active balance for future benefits or further milestones.
Citizenship & voice
How rewards unlock participation, and how voting works.
Citizenship activates automatically the moment your matured WDRIM Rewards reach twenty. There are no approvals, no forms, and no referral requirement — the threshold is the only rule.
No. Citizenship is earned through matured rewards, not through verification steps. Email verification is part of the normal account experience, not a gate on Citizenship.
A real voice in live polls, recognition across connected services, deeper access to citizen-only features, and a standing inside the community that the ecosystem remembers everywhere.
No. Voting does not spend, lock, or reduce your balance. Most polls only require active Citizenship; certain sensitive polls can optionally ask for seniority or a minimum rewards balance without redefining Citizenship itself.
Builders propose ideas, nothing becomes public automatically, and admin moderation decides when something is ready. Only approved projects move into Explore and then into community voting.
Account & lifecycle
Where rewards live and how they behave over time.
Inside your Witdrim account, as an internal balance connected to your ecosystem identity. They are visible across connected services without ever leaving the ecosystem.
No. WDRIM Rewards are tied to the account that earned them. They recognise your participation, not someone else’s.
Matured rewards follow the account lifecycle rules of the platform. They are not short-term promotional credits, and any lifecycle changes are managed centrally inside your Witdrim account.
Your account history and matured rewards remain tied to your ecosystem identity. Stepping away does not erase what you have already earned.
